Welcome to On Time Limousines. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

3. Service Usage

The client is responsible for the behavior of all passengers during the rental period.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the client.
Alcohol consumption is permitted for passengers of legal drinking age; however, illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles.

4. Delays and Liability

On Time Limousines is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of a vehicle breakdown, we will make every effort to provide a replacement vehicle or reschedule the service.
On Time Limousines reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

5. Payments and Fees

Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Additional charges may apply for overtime, extra stops, or changes to the original booking.
Gratuities for drivers are not included in the base rate and are at the client’s discretion.

6. Privacy and Data

On Time Limousines respects your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

On Time Limousines reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
